I am writing to let you know about our experience with selling our house through your agency with your associate, Ms. Deb Britt. I can not begin to thank God enough for letting Ms. Deb be the one to answer the phone that day. She was truly a God-send from day one. I am a VERY impatient and curious person, often times not the best of combinations, but Ms. Deb handled all of my questions and "panic attacks" with grace and goodwill, when I know there had to be times when I had absolutely exasperated her. She became a part of our family for the
nine months it took to sell our house, Our three girls, Brenna, Alexis, and Erin, truly love Ms.
Deb. Not a day goes by that her name is not mentioned in our new home here in Virginia. She even took the time to come out the day we were packing the house to bring the girls bags of goodies, toys, and books for our 2 day journey to West Virginia. Not many people do that, no less your realtor.
And for "service after the sale," she was still a wonderful intermediary between us and the buyer, who had some issues of their own which would have been very difficult for us to deal with as we are now 1200 miles away. Suffice to say, our experience could not have been better, and Ms. Deb was the reason why. Never let her go, she is wonderful! !
