FVH Fall Gala
November 6 at 6:00 pm

The Floyd Valley Hospital Foundation and Gala Committee are proud to announce that they will be hosting the 1st Annual Foundation Gala on Saturday, November 6, 2010 at the Le Mars Convention Center (Upper Level).  This year’s theme is “Shall We Dance.”  The community is invited (and encouraged) to support this event with all proceeds to benefit hospital services. Tickets are $50 per person and are available by contacting Ruth Farley 546-6434 or Elvira Nielsen at 546-4486.

The Gala will begin at 6 p.m. with a social hour.   A 5-course meal will be served by Timmy’s Catering at 7 p.m. with a silent and live auction will be held following the meal featuring many unique items.  Musical entertainment provided by Hundred Proof Band will round out the evening.
“Building and promoting the Floyd Valley Hospital Foundation strengthens not only our local hospital but the entire community,” states Larry Petersen, Board of Trustee and Foundation Board member and co-chair of the Gala.  Bill Bomgaars, Foundation Board Chair and Gala co-chair adds, “Past efforts have helped the hospital purchase equipment and offer additional services for our community.  Looking ahead, we want to make sure we continue to serve the community with all their health care needs.”  They both agree that the Gala will provide an opportunity to celebrate and say thank you to our communities for the excellent support the hospital receives.
